Nutrition Technician

I assist the Clinical Dietitians in providing medical nutrition therapy for patients, prepare infant formula according to HACCP giudlines and deliver the formula to patient unit refrigerators, and assist the food supervisors. I also have many opportunities to shadow the Clinical Dietitians. I have the responsibility of providing nutrition education and simple diet instructions as assigned along with planning menus and snacks in accordance with diet restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
